二联疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Observation of Dual Therapy in Curing Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:探讨二联疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法:选择本院自2011年6月—2013年6月收治慢性盆腔炎患者128例,随机分为两组,分别应用中药汤剂口服配合静点抗菌素和中药汤剂口服配合药物渗透理疗(中药塌渍配合微针针刺)。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.77%;对照组总有效率为77.46%。两组治疗总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:二联疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎,疗效明显优于中药汤剂口服配合静点抗菌素。

Objective：To explore the efficacy of dual therapy treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods：We chose128 samples of the patients of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital between 06 /2011 ~ 06 /2013 and randomly divided into two groups.Then we treated them by Chinese herbal preparation with antimicrobial and Chinese herbal preparation with drug penetration therapy（Chinese herbal preparation with Micro needle acupuncture） respectively.Results：The total efficiency of treatment group is 95.77%.And the total efficiency of the control group is 77.46%.The difference of the total efficiency is apparent（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Dual therapy in curing chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is considerably better than just using Chinese herbal preparation with antimicrobial.
