活血化瘀中药在慢性肾衰竭衰竭期治疗中的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Removing Blood Stasis in Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure during Stage of Exhaustion

目的:观察活血化瘀中药在慢性肾衰竭衰竭期治疗中的疗效。方法:选取100例慢性肾衰竭衰竭期患者按照数字列表法随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上再给予活血化瘀中药治疗,观察两组患者治疗有效率及治疗后血肌酐、血尿素氮、血红蛋白、内生肌酐清除率等指标的变化情况。结果:1治疗组治疗半年后有效率为84%,明显高于对照组的66%,比较两组有效率差异有统计学意义(χ2=90114,P<0.05);2两组患者治疗后Scr、BUN、Hb及Ccr均较治疗前明显改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),但观察组各指标较对照组改善明显,两组比较治疗后差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀中药在慢性肾衰竭衰竭期治疗中具有良好的疗效,能够有效改善血液生化指标。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of removing blood stasis in treatment of chronic renal failure in stage of exhaustion.Methods：100 cases of patients with chronic renal failure during stage of exhaustion were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 50 cases in each group according to the list of number methods.The control group received conventional therapy while the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine of removing blood stasis on the basis of conventional western medicine for treatment,treatment efficiency and the changes of blood creatinine,blood hemoglobin,urea nitrogen and creatinine clearance rate of two groups were observed after treatment.Results：1The efficiency of the treatment group after 6 months of treatment was 84%,significantly higher than 66% of the control groups.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups（χ2= 90114,P〈0.05）.2Scr,BUN,Hb and Ccr of the two group after treatment were significantly improved than those before treatment with statistically significance difference（P〈0.05）,but each index of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group.There was statistical significance difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Traditional Chinese medicine of removing blood stasis has a good effect in treatment of chronic renal failure during stage of exhaustion and it can effectively improve the blood biochemical indices.
