摘要
目的:建立亚贡叶提取物中总酚酸的含量测定方法。方法:以0.6%三氯化铁-0.9%铁氰化钾混合溶液作为显色剂,采用比色法测定亚贡叶提取物中总酚酸的含量。结果:亚贡叶提取物中总酚酸分析的线性范围为3~12μg/m L,回归方程为Y=68.410X-0.0087(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.95%,RSD=2.3%。结论:本方法操作简便、重现性好,可用于亚贡叶提取物中总酚酸的含量测定。
Objective:To establish the content determination method of total phenolic acids in the extract of yacon leaves.Methods:The colour-developing agent was the mixture solution of 0.6% Fe Cl3-0.9% K3[Fe(CN) 6].The content of total phenolic acids in the extract of yacon leaves was determined by UV-spectrophotometry.Results:Calibration graphs were constructed in the range of 3 ~ 12 μg / m L for total phenolic acids.The average recovery of total phenolic acids was 98.95% with RSD = 2.3%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reliable for the content determination of total phenolic acids in the extract of yacon leaves.
