升清降浊胶囊提取工艺的研究

Study on Extraction Process of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Capsule

目的：优选升清降浊胶囊的提取工艺。方法：以浸膏得率、多糖含量及毛蕊花糖苷含量为评价指标,采用正交设计法优选提取工艺,多糖含量采用紫外分光光度计进行测定,毛蕊花糖苷的含量采用高效液相色谱法进行测定,三指标综合后,确定提取工艺。结果：多糖含量在0.0205~0.1229 mg范围内线性关系良好,回收率为97.17%,RSD为1.89%;毛蕊花糖苷含量在0.0296~0.2960μg范围内线性关系良好,回收率为99.01,RSD为2.78%;结论：升清降浊囊的最佳提取工艺为：加水量12倍,每次煎煮提取1 h,提取3次。

Objective：To optimize the extraction process of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Capsule.Methods：Taking the extract yield,the content of polysaccharide and verbascoside content as evaluation indexes,we optimized the extraction process by orthogonal design method.The content of polysaccharide was determined by UV spectrophotometry and the content of verbascoside by high performance liquid chromatography and then determined the extraction process.Results：The content of polysaccharide in the range of 0.0205 ~ 0.1229 mg had a good linear relationship and the rate of recovery was 97.17% with RSD 1.89%.The verbascoside content in 0.0296-0.2960 μg had a good linear relationship and the recovery rate was 99.01% with RSD 2.78%.Conclusion：The best extraction process of Shengqing Jiangzhuo Capsule is as follows：12 times the amount of water,extracting 1 hour for each time,extracting for 3 times.
