中药复方制剂抗血栓作用机制的研究进展

Research on Antithrombotic Mechanism of Compound Preparation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

血栓形成,是导致血栓栓塞性疾病发生的主要原因,抗血栓药物治疗在防治过程中起着重要的作用。抗血栓药物可按作用机制分为抗凝血药物、抗血小板药物和直接溶血栓药物等,临床上均能用于预防和治疗血栓形成。现代医学对抗血栓药物的作用机制研究较多,中药抗血栓的作用机制研究也日益增多。中药作用靶点具有多样性,在抗血栓方面,不仅能抑制血小板聚集,影响凝血机制、降低血黏度还能起到溶栓的作用。临床上抗凝、抗血小板药物与具有活血化瘀作用的中成药常同时使用,同时使用的安全性尚无大规模临床试验及循证医学证据加以证实。笔者查阅大量文献,从中药复方的抗血小板黏附、活化、聚集作用,抗凝血作用,改善血液流变学及溶栓作用作一综述,希望能对临床医生的用药提供一定的帮助。

Thrombosis is the main cause of thromboembolic disease.Antithrombotic therapy plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of this disease.According to the mechanism of action,Antithrombotic drugs can be divided into anticoagulant,antiplatelet and direct thrombolytic agents which can be used for the prevention and treatment of thrombosis.There are more research on the mechanism of modern medicine against thrombus,mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine agaist thrombus is increasing day by day.Targets of traditional Chinese medicine have diversification,In the anti thrombosis,it can not only inhibit platelet aggregation、affect coagulation、reduce blood viscosity and dissolve thrombus.The doctor often use a combination of anticoagulation,antiplatelet drugs and Traditional Chinese Medicine with the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood tasis.The security can not be confirmed by large-scale clinical trials and evidence-based medicine.The author access to a large number of literature,summarize the action of chinese medicine of anticoagulant、antiplatelet、thrombolytic and so on.I hope to provide some help for the doctor.
