针灸治疗顺铂化疗相关恶心呕吐的研究概况

Clinical Research Advances of Acupuncture on Prevention and Treatment of Cisplatin Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting CINV

文章介绍了针灸治疗含顺铂方案化疗患者相关恶心呕吐的相关报道,通过简述近几年发表的有关针灸治疗顺铂导致化疗相关恶心呕吐研究的文献,分析该研究领域的研究现状,指出针灸治疗避免药物首过效应,具有疗效确切,价廉,不良反应少,具有其他治疗不可代替的优势。此外不同针刺疗法疗效国内外研究结果存在异议,值得设计严格随机对照前瞻性临床研究来对比和验证不同针刺疗法之间治疗CINV的确切疗效,以便更好地指导临床。

It discussed the acupuncture therapy for prevention and treatment of cisplatin chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting（CINV） and made a summary of recent progress in clinical practice.Through browsing the research paper in recent years,we analyzed the current situation in this research field.The acupuncture can effectively prevent CINV caused by cisplatin.Acupuncture can effectively reduce CINV caused by cisplatin and it has low price and fewer side effects.It is worthy of clinical promotion.In addition,there aere different conclusions between different acupuncture therapies among the domestic and foreign research results.Therefore,it is worthy of strictly designing randomized prospective clinical study to compare different acupuncture therapies,guiding the clinical treatment better.
