摘要
磁粉是磁粉离合器(MPC)及制动器最关键的部件。采用气雾化工艺制备一种新成分磁粉,并对其耐氧化性和失效机理进行初步探讨。静态检测表明,新磁粉具有优异的物理性能和高温磁稳定性;动态测试中,磁粉表现出输出扭矩高、耐热性好等特点。
Magnetic alloy powder is the most important factor in magnetic particle clutches and brakes. A new magnetic alloy powder was prepared by gas atomization process, the oxidation resistance and failure mechanism of the powder was discussed. The static testing shows that the new magnetic powder has good physical characters and high temperature magnetic stability; while the dynamic testing shows that the powder has high output torque and good heat resistance.
