摘要
目前广泛使用的硬脂酸锌和EBS蜡(N,N’-乙撑双硬脂酰胺)等内添润滑剂,是可以稳定生产生坯密度6.8-7.1 g/cm3的零件的润滑剂,但是,在要求生坯密度大于7.2 g/cm3的成形条件下,往往会润滑性不足,导致模具异常磨损,模具寿命降低,压坯不合格率提高。研究了新型蜡性润滑剂(艾迪科新型蜡基润滑剂)的基本性能,采用内添润滑剂方式可以稳定连续生产生坯密度7.2 g/cm3以上的高密度零件。
Now widely used internal lubricant, such as zinc stearate and EBS wax(N, N '- ethylenebis[stearamide]), are suitable for the stable production of PM parts with green density of 6.8- 7.1 g/cm3. However, these lubricants are often lack of lubrication in the production of parts with green density higher than 7.2 g/cm3, leading to abnormal wear and decreased service life of the mold, and increased defective rate. Basic performance of new developed wax lubricant(Adeka new developed wax lubricannt) was summarized. The results show that the new lubricant can be used in the stable and continuous production of high density parts with green density higher than 7.2 g/cm3.
