摘要
目的研究脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV)、踝臂指数(ABI)、体脂肪率与心血管风险的相关性。探讨PWV、ABI及体脂肪率在早期心血管风险评价中的应用价值。方法选取2009~2013年人体健康预警测评与营养干预研究中心参与亚健康测评的普通人群723例为研究对象,进行研究。利用欧姆龙动脉硬化检测仪、百利达体成分检测仪、身高计对数据进行采集,利用SPSS19.0进行描述性统计、t检验及相关性分析。结果受检人群总体的动脉硬化发生率为33.6%,随年龄的增长动脉硬化发生率基本呈递增趋势。体脂肪率与ba PWV和收缩压均有一定的弱相关性(r1=0.088,P1〈0.05;r2=0.292,P2〈0.01)。此外,ba PWV与收缩压相关性较强(r=0.652,P〈0.01),ABI与收缩压有较弱的负相关性(r=-0.074,P〈0.05)。与BMI指标相比,体脂肪率在预测动脉硬化显示出一定的灵敏性(44.9%)和较高的特异度(61.5%)。结论心血管风险与ba PWV、ABI和体脂肪率均有一定相关性。将ba PWV、ABI、体脂肪率与血压、心率等指标一起引入亚健康风险评价体系有利于对普通人群进行心血管风险早期评价及干预,以提高心血管亚健康测评的应用价值。
Objective To study the pulse wave conduction velocity(baPWV),ankle arm index(ABI),body fat rate and the correlation of cardiovascular risk.Effects of PWV,ABI and body fat rate in early application value in the evaluation of cardiovascular risk.Methods Choose 2009 ~ 2013 in Beijing health warning assessment and nutrition intervention research center to participate in the health assessment of the general population in 723 cases as the research object,were retrospectively studied.Using omron atherosclerosis composition detector,detector,its body height measure for data acquisition,using SPSS19.0 descriptive statistics,t-test,and correlation analysis.Results The client population overall 33.6% incidence of hardening of the arteries,along with the growth of the age hardening of the arteries basic trend of increasing incidence.Body fat rate and ba PWV and systolic blood pressure has a weak correlation(r1= 0.088,P1〈0.05; r2= 0.292,P2〈0.01).Ba PWV,moreover,the strong correlation between systolic blood pressure and(r =0.652,P〈0.01),ABI and systolic blood pressure has a weak negative correlation(r = 0.074,P〈0.05).Compared with BMI index,body fat rate in the prediction of hardening of the arteries showed a certain sensitivity(44.9%) and higher specific degrees(61.5%).Conclusions Cardiovascular risk and ba PWV,ABI,and body fat rate has certain correlation.Will ba PWV,ABI,body fat rate and blood pressure,heart rate and other indicators together into the health risk evaluation system is conducive to the early cardiovascular risk assessment and intervention for the general population,in order to improve the application value of assessment of cardiovascular health.
