奥曲肽在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用观察

Application of Octreotide was Observed in the Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨奥曲肽在急性胰腺炎（AP）患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月收治的AP患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组仅行常规治疗,实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用奥曲肽治疗,并比较两组疗效。结果实验组总有效率为93.3%,明显大于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后的TNF-α水平明显小于对照组（P〈0.05）,IL-2明显大于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生,但对照组4例患者发生并发症,1例患者死亡。结论奥曲肽在急性胰腺炎患者的治疗中疗效显著,可减少并发症发生,降低死亡率,改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of octreotide in acute pancreatitis（AP） application effect in the treatment of patients with.Methods Selected in our hospital in 2012 January to 2014 January,60 cases of AP treated patients,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group was treated with conventional therapy,the experimental group with octreotide on the basis of routine treatment,and to compare the effect of the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the total effective rate was 93.3%,significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）; TNF-levels of the experimental group after the treatment was significantly less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,IL-2 is obviously higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）; during the two groups were no obvious adverse reaction,but the control group of 4 patients had complications,1 patients who died.Conclusions Octreotide for the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis,can reduce complications,reduce the mortality,improve the prognosis of the patients.
