经阴道彩超在异位妊娠诊断中的临床价值

Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的研究经阴道彩超在异位妊娠诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2011年1月~2014年12月的102例异位妊娠患者,按诊断方法不同分为对照组（经腹部彩超组）和观察组（经阴道彩超组）各51例,对比分析两组诊断方法的临床价值。结果对照组51例患者的诊断准确率为62.75%,观察组51例患者的诊断准确率为92.16%,观察组显著优于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论经阴道彩超在异位妊娠诊断中准确率高,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods From 2011 January to 2014 December,102 cases with ectopic pregnancy were treated in Hunnan District Central Hospital,they were randomly divided into control group（transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound group,51 cases） and observation group（transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound group,51 cases）,the diagnostic accuracy rate were compared between two groups.Results In the control group,the diagnostic accuracy rate was 62.75%,and in the observation group,the diagnosis accuracy rate was 92.16%,the observation group was significantly better than the control group,P〈0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusions The rate of accuracy of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is high,it has the high value in clinical application.
