个性化护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Individual Nursing in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨个性化护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2010年1月~2012年12月收治的冠心病患者84例为观察研究对象,依据临床诊治护理的异同分为观察组（个性化护理干预组）和对照组（常规护理组）各42例,观察两组的治疗效果差异,指导临床对于冠心病的护理实践。结果个性化护理干预的患者在血压、临床症状改善、动脉硬化指数（AI）、满意度等方面好于对照组,两组比较有明显差异（P〈0.05）。结论个性化护理可以显著改善冠心病患者的预后,提高治疗效果、重新塑造科学、健康的生活方式,使病情得到控制和延缓,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of individual nursing in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods In our hospital in 2010 January ~ 2012 year in December of 84 patients with coronary heart disease were the object of study,based on the similarities and differences of clinical nursing were divided into observation group（personalized nursing intervention group） and control group（routine nursing group） 42 cases,observation of the curative effect between two groups,clinical guidance for nursing practice of coronary heart disease.Results The individualized nursing intervention in patients with blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms,arterial stiffness index（AI）,satisfaction,better than the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Personalized nursing can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease,improve the therapeutic effect,re shaping the scientific,healthy life style,make the disease under control and delay,is worthy of clinical application.
