摘要 目的通过对四川省长期接触小剂量辐照的从事放射工作的人员的淋巴细胞微核率检测,了解我省辐射防护的整体水平,为今后进一步改善辐射工作条件提供依据。方法采用微量全血培养法提取淋巴细胞微核标本,对2008-2013年四川省放射性工作人员和涉核部队人员职业健康检查的微核率资料进行分类整理分析。结果从事放射性工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率与对照人群比较(χ2=273.8,P=0.033 1),差异有显著性;随着年龄的增加,外周血淋巴细胞微核率有所增高。而从事放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率有逐年下降的趋势。结论小剂量辐照对长期从事放射性工作人员健康存在一定影响,四川地区受辐照危害在逐年改善。 Objective Through the detection of lymphocyte micronucleus rate of radioactive practitioners in Sichuan province with long-term exposure to low dose irradiation to understand the overall level of radiation protection of Sichuan province and provide references for further improving the working condition of radiation. Methods The lymphocyte micronucleus specimen was extracted by using micro whole blood culture method. The micronucleus rate of radioactive in radioactive practitioners and nuclear workforces were analyzed based on the health examination results in Sichuan province during 2008-2013. Results The lymphocyte micronucleus rate of peripheral blood of radioactive practitioners was statistically different compared to the control group(χ^2= 273. 8,P = 0. 033). The micronucleus rate gradually decreased from 2008 to 2013 in Sichuan province. Conclusion Long- term low dose irradiation affects the health of radioactive practitioners and irradiated damage in Sichuan has been improving year by year.
