2010-2013年达州市暗娼人群艾滋病监测结果分析

AIDS Sentinel Surveillance Results of Female Sex Workers in Dazhou City,2010-2013

目的了解达州市暗娼人群艾滋病流行状况,艾滋病相关知识知晓情况及相关行为,为评价干预效果,进一步制定干预措施提供依据。方法对2010-2013年达州市4 811名暗娼人群进行了问卷调查,并进行了HIV、梅毒、丙肝血清学检测。结果艾滋病知识知晓率4年分别为:92.5%、93.5%、95.3%和98.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.123,P=0.000 0)。最近1月发生性行为时安全套坚持使用率分别为64.8%、70.7%、74.0%、82.9%,差异具统计学意义(χ2=105.173,P=0.000 0)。接受过同伴教育的比例分别为24.3%、48.5%、46.0%、40.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=178.197,P=0.000 0)。HIV、梅毒、丙肝阳性检出率处较低水平。结论达州市暗娼人群艾滋病处低流行态势,艾滋病知识知晓率较高,但安全套坚持使用率不高,同伴教育覆盖面不高,应进一步加大干预力度和覆盖面。

Objective To investigate the HIV / AIDS related knowledge and behaviors as well as the prevalence of HIV among female sex workers（ FSW） in Dazhou,and provide evidences for formulating further intervention measures. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 4 811 FSW during 2010-2013,and serum anti-HIV,anti-HCV and syphilis test was conducted on each respondents. Results From 2010 to 2013,the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 92. 5%,93. 5%,95. 3% and 98. 3%,respectively,with annual difference（ χ^2= 47. 12,P〈 0. 01）. The rate of consistent condom usage in the recent month was 64. 8%,70. 7%,74. 0% and 82. 9%,respectively,with annual difference（ χ^2= 105. 17,P〈0. 01）. The proportion of FSW received peer education were respectively 24. 3%,48. 5%,46. 0% and 40. 8%,respectively（ χ^2= 178. 20,P〈 0. 01）,with annual difference. Conclusion In Dazhou,the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge is high,while the condom consistent usage as well as peer education is low. AIDS intervention should be intensified and the coverage should be expanded.
