个性化整体护理在妇科围手术期的实施效果

Effect of Individualization Holistic Nursing in Gynecology Perioperative Period

目的观察个性化整体护理在妇科围手术期的实施效果。方法将2013-09/2014-06乌兰察布市中心医院妇科择期手术患者95例,随机分为观察组(行个性化整体护理)48例,对照组(常规整体护理)47例,比较两组围术期患者呼吸、心率、血压等生命体征指标变化情况及症状自评量表(SCL-90)相关指标评分。结果两组术前生命体征指标及SCL-90相关指标评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而术中观察组患者各生命体征指标变化较对照组平稳,术后SCL-90相关指标评分较对照组明显改善,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者对护理工作满意度为93.8%(45/48),对照组满意度为68.1%(32/47),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.297,P<0.05)。结论个性化整体护理可有效提高妇科围术期的护理质量与患者满意度。

Objective To observe the effectiveness of individualization holistic nursing in gynecology perioperative period. Methods During Sept. 2013 to Jun. 2014 in Ulanqab Central Hospital,95 cases selective patients in pynecology were divided into observation group and control group,the breath,heart rate and blood pressure were compared between the two groups. Besides,the SCL-90 was adopted to test the mental health status. Results The vital signs and SCL-90 showed no statistical difference before the operation（ P〉0. 05）,while the vital signs were more steady in the observation group than in the control group. The SCL- 90 score was more improved in the experiment group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group showed a satisfactory rate of 93. 8% and the control group showed 68. 1%（ χ^2= 3. 30,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Individualization holistic nursing could improve the nursing quality and the satisfactory in gynecology perioperative period.
