武警成都医院门诊处方点评及用药分析

Comments on Prescription and Drug Use in the Armed Police Hospital of Chengdu

目的了解武警成都医院门诊处方不合理情况,促进临床合理用药,保证用药安全。方法以《处方管理办法》、《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》等为依据,抽取武警成都医院2012年和2013年门诊处方共2 400张,对处方基本指标、不规范处方、用药不适宜处方进行归类总结,分析不合理处方。结果处方平均用药种数为2.49种,抗菌药物使用率为26%,注射剂使用率为21%,使用通用名的药品比例为74%,平均人均处方金额176.35元,不合理处方192张,合理用药率92%。结论在建立处方点评制度后,武警成都医院门诊处方质量有很大提高,合理用药情况有改善,但还存在一些问题需要改进。应探讨在门诊药房实行事前审方的药学服务模式,更好地促进合理用药。

Objective To understand the unreasonable state of outpatient description in the Armed Police Hospital of Chengdu and to promote the clinical rational drug use and ensure drug use safety. Methods Based on Prescription Administrative Policy and Comments on Prescription Management Standard in Hospital,2 400 prescriptions were selected in 2012 and 2013. The basic indexes,non-standard prescription and inaptitude prescriptions were summarized and the unreasonable ones were analyzed. Results The average drug used was 2. 49. The use rate of antibiotic drug was 26% and the use rate of injection was 21%. The proportion of drug with common name was 74%. The average amount of money per person was 176. 35 RMB. There were 192 prescriptions unreasonable,the reasonable drug use rate was 92%. Conclusion After establishment of symptom of comments on prescription,the quality had been improved obviously,yet problem remained are to be solved. Pharmaceutical service of prescription evaluation should be discussed to better promote the rational drug use.
