回火温度对电冶熔铸SiC-钢复合材料组织和性能的影响

Effect of Tempering Temperature on the Microstructure and Properties of Electro-Melted and Cast SiC-Steel Composite

摘要 研究了电冶熔铸4%Si C-钢复合材料经不同温度回火后的组织和力学性能。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,Si C-钢复合材料的硬度(HRC)和基体的显微硬度下降,抗弯强度和断裂韧度上升。回火过程中该复合材料的显微组织变化主要是马氏体分解、残留奥氏体转变和部分碳化物均匀化。 Microstructure and mechanical properties of an electro-melted and cast 4% SiC-steel composite tempered at different temperatures were investigated.The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature the both hardness (HRC)of SiC-steel composite and the microhardness (HV0.2)of matrix decrease,and the both bending strength and fracture toughness increase,and that main microstructure conversions during tempering are martensite decomposition,residual austenite transformation and partial carbide homogenization.
