摘要
测定了经1020℃真空加热后以不同方式冷却的PH25钢的力学性能。结果表明,PH25钢真空加热奥氏体化后立即气淬,能获得更好的力学性能。在进行真空淬火以前,如对PH25钢进行860℃球化退火,则可进一步提高其力学性能:硬度从48.6 HRC提高到49.4 HRC,屈服强度从1425 MPa提高到1467 MPa,抗拉强度从1691 MPa提高到1743 MPa。
Mechanical properties of PH25 steel vacuum heated at 1020 ℃ and then cooled in different manners were measured.The results show that better mechanical properties of the PH25 steel can be obtained by gas quenching immediately after heating and austenitizing in vacuum.Furthermore,the mechanical properties of the PH25 steel can be further improved by spheroidizing annealing at 860 ℃ before the vacuum hardening,increasing hardness from 48.6 HRC to 49.4 HRC,yield strength from 1425 MPa to 1467 MPa and tensile strength from 1691 MPa to 1743 MPa.
