摘要
Cr-Mn或Cr-Mo-V低合金钢无缝钢管要进行调质处理,但淬火时会产生过大的弯曲畸变。通过严格控制钢管淬火的加热和冷却均匀性,钢管淬火时的转动速度、悬出端长度、冷却水量,采用6斜辊矫直钢管过程中的矫直辊的角度、挠度、压力等工艺参数,以及采用内外表面分步冷却的工艺,可使无缝钢管离端部1.5 m长度的弯曲畸变量减小到2.0 mm以下,全长弯曲畸变量减小到长度的0.06%以下。
A kind of seamless pipe,made of Cr-Mn or Cr-Mo-V low-alloy steels,is to be quenched and tempered, however,will produce undesired flexural deformation during the quenching.Strictly controlling process parameters, such as uniformity of heating and cooling the pipe for hardening,rotating speed,suspended end length and cooling water flow during quenching the pipe,angle,flexibility and pressure of straightening roll during straightening the pipe in six cross roll straightener and so on,coupled with respectively quenching inner and outer surfaces of the pipe,the flexural deformation amounts along a length of 1.5 m away from the pipe end and throughout the pipe may be reduced to less than 2.0 mm and to less than 0.06% of the pipe length,respectively.
