摘要
目的探讨河北汉族人群细胞色素P450 1A2(cytochrome P450 1A2,CYP1A2)C163A基因多态性的分布情况。方法应用聚合酶链式反应-限制性酶切片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法对210例河北汉族正常人进行CYP1A2C163A基因多态性分析。结果河北汉族人群CYP1A2C163A基因A和C等位基因的频率为:68.3%、31.7%。AA、AC、CC基因型频率分别为48.1%、40.5%、11.4%。符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律(χ2=1.22,P>0.05),具有代表性。结论河北汉族人群CYP1A2基因存在C163A位点多态性。
Objective To identify the gene polymorphisms of CYP1A2 C163 A in Chinese Han Population in Hebei province.Methods Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)was used to detect the genotype of CYP1A2 C163 A in 210 Chinese Han people in Hebei province.Results The frequency of A and C alleles were 68.3% and 31.7% respectively.The frequency of each genotype was 48.1%(AA),40.5%(AC),11.4%(CC).The genotype distribution of the Chinese Han Population in Hebei province coincided with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(χ2=1.22,P〉0.05).Conclusion C163 A locus polymorphism of the CYP1A2 gene is present in Han Population in Hebei province.
