摘要
以生物质为基础的酒精生产转化过程主要有两部分:木质纤维生物质中的纤维素被水解生成还原糖和用还原糖的发酵生产酒精.考察了影响稀硫酸连续水解的主要因素:温度、稀硫酸质量分数、停留时间.实验结果表明,温度对水解的影响最大,停留时间次之,稀硫酸质量分数影响较小.升高温度可有效地减少停留时间,得到较高的糖质量浓度.当温度为200℃、稀硫酸质量分数为1.0%、停留时间为6min、液固比为10L·kg-1时,可得到比较理想的水解效果.
The transformation process of alcohol production with biomass consists of the hydrolysis of the cellulose in lignocellulosic biomass into reducing sugar and the fermentation of reducing sugar into alcohol.In this paper,the influence of temperature, sulfuric acid mass fraction and residence time on the dilute acid hydrolysis process was investigated.The results show that the influence of the factors on hydrolysis is in the sequence as follows:the temperature,the residence time,and the mass fraction of sulfuric acid.The increase of temperature could reduce the residence time effectively and resulted in higher sugar yield.With the temperature of 200 ℃,the sulfuric acid mass fraction of 1%, the residence time of 6 min and the liquid to solid ratio of 10 L · kg-1 ,appropriate hydrolysis effect was obtained.
