绝缘子爆炸事故破坏特性研究

摘要 在高压/超高压输变电线路中,绝缘子时常由于各种故障而发生爆炸现象,爆炸产生的冲击波及飞溅的碎片对周围的设备及人员具有一定的杀伤破坏效应。根据能量守恒的方法,把绝缘子由于故障产生的爆破能量等效成一定当量的TNT能量,开展了瓷质绝缘子在TNT炸药爆炸时的实验研究,并采用AUTODYN软件进行了数值模拟研究,其研究成果对于瓷套管爆炸破坏评估具有重要的参考意义。 Insulators which are widely used in HV/EHV transmission line often happen explosion phenomenon due to various of stoppages. Splash fragments of the insulator have certain damage effects to equipments and personnel a- round. According to the method of energy conservation, the insulator blasting energy generated by the fault is equiva- lent to the energy of the TNT. Experimental studies and numerical simulation with the AUTODYN code were carried out in this paper to investigate the casing damage effect during the explosion of TNT. The research results have impor- tant reference value for the porcelain bushing explosion damage effect assessments.
