摘要 由于增加SCR烟气脱硝系统及取消脱硫旁路,大型火力发电机组锅炉需对烟气系统风机进行扩容改造。将引风机和增压风机合一的改造方案应用于工程实际,相比于只对引风机扩容、增加1 000 Pa压升的改造方案,虽然初始投资大,但改造后的引风机具有调节反应快、高效区范围大、运行经济等特点,对比改造前后的经济和运行参数,改造后引风机节电20%左右,变工况调节特性良好。 The fans of flue gas system should be reformed for capacity increase when adding SCR denitration system and removing desulfurization bypass of large scale boilers. One choice is only modifying the induced draft fan and rai- sing the pressure to 1000 Pa. Comparatively speaking,however,the choice adopted in present engineering of integra- ting the induced draft fan and the booster fan could show more advantages. In spite of the higher initial investment, the combined induced draft fan could be adjusted more easily, could run at a wide range with high efficiency and could be more economic. After reformation the electricity consumption of induced draft fan could be decreased 20% and the adjusting characteristic of induced draft fan under variable eases was satisfied.
