风温大幅度降低后高炉操作的应对措施

摘要 包钢2#高炉热风炉属于改进型内燃式热风炉,曾多次出现热风炉燃烧室塌砖现象。热风炉塌砖导致风温大幅度降低,对高炉生产影响很大。在热风炉缺陷没有根本消除的情况下,通过不断总结经验,改进应对措施,减少因热风温度降低对经济指标的影响,取得了明显效果。 The hot- blast stove of 2#blast furnace of Baotoou Steel is the second generation of internal combustion stove and there was brick collapse for combustion chamber of hot- blast stove so many times that the blast temperature was greatly decreased,which could seriously influence productions of the blast furnace. In the case that the defects of hot- blast stove are not eliminated at all,the countermeasures are improved through summing up experiences continuously to reduce influences for decrease of hot blast temperature on economic indicators and the effects are good.
