包钢2250mm热轧线粗轧机打滑现象研究

摘要 在热轧可逆轧机轧制过程中,由于受到轧辊表面粗糙度、轧辊冷却水水嘴堵塞、工作辊刮水板密封效果、板坯扣头及加热温度不均的影响,易出现打滑现象,造成卡钢严重影响轧制节奏和轧机稳定性。通过对影响打滑各因素的分析,提出了控制板坯打滑的生产措施。 In hot rolling process of reversing mill,the trackslip is easy to occur due to the roughness of roll surface,blockage of nozzle for cooling water of rolls,sealing effect of water scraping plate for working roll,blending of blank and nonuniform heating temperature so that steel blockage seriously influences the rolling cycle and stability of rolling mill. Moreover,the production measures to prevent trackslip of blank are proposed through analyzing its influencing factors.
