摘要
机车试运行是机车投入运用前验收的关键项目,是保证新造或大修后机车安全可靠运行的最后一道防线。正线试运行存在组织困难、验证项点受线路限制影响等问题,所以寻找一种新的方法解决试运行困难是铁路运输部门和机车工厂面临的共同难题。本文提出了利用厂线结合滚动试验台的方式进行试运行,并对试运行项点进行了分析研究,论证了采用此方式试运行取代正线试运行的可行性。分析结果表明厂线结合滚动试验台试运行可以取代正线试运行,部分项点试运行具有明显优势。
Locomotive Trial Operation is the last line of defense and key acceptance project for new creation and overhaul locomotive's safety and reliability. Organization is difficulty and verification item is influenced by line limit for trial operation in the main line, so loo- king for a new approach to solve the issue is a common problem for the railway transport sector and locomotive factories. Trial opera- tion in the plant line and roller test rig is put forward and test points are analyzed in this paper. The feasibility of using this method to replace trial operation of main line was demonstrated at the same time. The analysis results show that trial operation in the factory line combines roller test rig can replace main line, and effect of some points are better than in the main line.
