摘要
分析了某轨道交通地铁车辆空气制动牵引起动封锁功能的控制逻辑,指出了该控制逻辑存在的严重缺陷,得出在保持制动施加情况下导致列车抱闸牵引运行的原因。针对控制逻辑存在的缺陷,提出了空气制动牵引起动封锁控制逻辑的改进方案,该方案采用故障导向安全的设计理念,控制逻辑完善可靠,能够为列车提供强有力的安全保护。
This paper analyzes the control logic for traction starting interlock applied pneumatic brake on one oi the Urban rail vehicles, and points out the defect of this logic and the cause that the train is continuously running when holding brake or pneumatic brake is ap- plied. For the defect, this paper proposes the improvement scheme on traction starting interlock protection applied pneumatic brake. The control logic of this scheme is perfect and reliable for its fault-safety principle, so it is believed that it can provide strong protection for the train.
