摘要
楚雄电网主要通过500 k V和平变供电,无论是丰水期还是枯水期,均需要从云南电网受入超过50%以上的电力,为全面了解楚雄电网在丰大、丰小和汛前枯大三种运行方式下的动态稳定现状,通过仿真计算和振型分析表明,楚雄电网主要存在全网南北模式和老虎山东西模式两大振荡模式,并利用测试信号法设计出合适的STATCOM阻尼控制器,提出了多种可能的安装方案,仿真结果证明这些方案对提高楚雄电网的动态稳定性具有较好效果。
According to the three operation modes of Chuxiong power grid during rich wet season,lower wet season and dry season before flood period,it analyses the present dynamic stability situation of Chuxiong power grid. On the basis of the result of characteristics value calculation and oscillating model from the simulation platform,there are two main oscillation modes which are the northsouth pattern and tiger hill east- west pattern. It introduces the design of appropriate STATCOM damping controller by test signal method,and raises several possible installation proposals. Simulation results show that these proposals have remarkable effects on improving the dynamic stability of Chuxiong power grid.
