With the more and more handling to the huge size of wind machine propeller blade in the goods of port operation,a new opportunity and challenge to the handling process in port is appeared.This article gives a research and development scheme for this kind of goods fitting to portal crane handling and stock yard transmitting,the result from it is effective.
