摘要
本文阐述了杭州市"森林城市"在涵养水源、保土以及防淤功能方面的作用,并对其经济价值进行评价。结果表明:杭州城市森林生态系统每年蓄水15.39亿m3,蓄水经济效益为46.18万元;每年调节径流、滞洪蓄洪能力约为7.18亿m3,防洪经济效益达21.57亿元;每年有效减少土壤流失1 541万t,保持土壤效益约为5.50亿元;每年减少河流、湖泊淤积770.5万t,防淤价值为1.93亿元。
In this paper the functions of Hangzhou urban forests in water and soil conservation and silt prevention were elaborated and their economic values were evaluated. The results showed that Hangzhou urban forest ecosystem has an annual water storage of 1.539 billion m3 with a water storage economic benefit of 461 800 Chinese yuan,an annual runoff regulation,flood detention and flood storage capacity of 718 million m3 with a flood control economic benefit of 2.157 billion Chinese yuan,an annual effective decrease of soil erosion of 15.41 million t with a soil conservation effect of 550 million Chinese yuan and an annual silt reduction in rivers and lakes of 7.705 million t with a value of 193 million Chinese yuan.
