摘要
文中建立了滚仰式位标器结构模型,根据滚仰框架的结构特点和装配形式,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对滚仰框架有限元模型进行了静力分析和动态冲击模拟,分析结果表明滚转框架结构可以满足工作要求,验证了所设计的滚仰框架结构的合理性和可行性。通过以上力学分析和研究,为滚仰式位标器其他部件的设计以及样机的研制奠定了理论基础。
The structural model of the roll-pitch coordinator was set up. According to the structure feature and assembly form of the roll frame,finite element analysis software ABAQUS had been used to carry out the static analysis and dynamic simulation on the finite element model of the roll frame. The analysis results indicate the structure of the roll frame could satisfy the work requirement. The structure rationality and feasibility of the design had been proved. Above all,the results provide a theoretical basis for the design of the other parts and the prototype of the roll-pitch coordinator.
