摘要
淮北相王大桥桥面很宽,总宽达45m,横向需设置2个混凝土斜主塔柱,主梁采用宽幅多箱室混凝土梁,加之下塔柱较矮,温度和收缩徐变等作用力较大,通过主梁和主塔墩支座连接,很好地解决了主桥各种受力要求,降低了工程造价。同时采用主动施顶的施工新法,有效地解决了斜塔施工的诸多难题。本桥为国内外首次创造性地采用支座体系宽幅多箱室混凝土主梁无背索斜拉桥。
Huaibei Xiangwang Bridge has two inclined concrete pylons in transverse direction due to its total width of 45 meters.Thermal effects and creep and shrinkage effects are significant on this bridge which is provided with a large-width multi-box concrete girder and short lower concrete pylon.A scheme connecting main pylon pier and the box girder by bearings is adopted to this project as a solution to the previous problem,and this scheme has turned to an effective method of meeting the various requirements of main bridge of stress and reducing project cost.Active pushing technology is also used to solve obstacles during the construction of inclined tower.Huaibei Xiangwang Bridge is the first cable-stayed bridge without backstays with large-width multi-box concrete girder in creative deployment of bearing system.
