宁远县规模猪场伪狂犬病野毒感染情况的调查

摘要 为调查了解湖南省宁远县规模猪场伪狂犬病野毒感染情况,选取该县具有代表性的30个规模猪场采集557份血样,通过gpI-ELISA抗体检测试剂盒检测猪伪狂犬病野毒感染抗体(PRVgpI抗体)。结果表明,557份血清中,PRVgp I抗体阳性率为2.51%,该县17个乡镇、街道(舜陵、桐山街道除外)中,8个乡镇(街道)的规模猪场检出PRVgpI抗体。结果表明,宁远县规模猪场猪伪狂犬病野毒感染率较低,但分布区域较广。
