摘要
采用现场研究的方法,对来自16个组织的1195名参加应聘的应聘者与招募者之间进行互动评价。结果验证了招募者对应聘者内隐匹配评价的二阶四维度模型,同时还验证了ASD成长模型的"A"阶段的作用机制,即在现实人事选拔过程中,招募者匹配评价和胜任力评价对雇佣推荐都有显著作用,且P-J匹配评价和基本管理特质的影响效果要大于其他。
This study used field study method to evaluate 1195 candidates and interviewers from 16 organizations. Results demonstrated the four- dimensional implicit fit assessment model,and also tested the "A" phase Of ASD growth model which was,in the process of personnel selection,fit assessment and competency assessment both significantly influence the employment recommendation, and P- J evaluation and basic management traits had significant greater effects than others.
