摘要
为促进广州酒店行业发展,营造良好的广交会价格环境,广州市决定从2014年第116届广交会起,广交会期间的酒店客房价格不再实行政府认可的行业指导价,改由酒店企业根据市场供求关系自行确定价格。广州市自2007年第101届以来,广交会期间酒店房价一直实行政府认可的行业指导价,由广州地区酒店行业协会研究提出行业指导价,报经政府价格主管部门认可后公布实施。这种管理模式一定程度上维护了广交会期间我市酒店行业价格的基本稳定,促进了酒店行业的发展。
In the example of DAYU.KAIYUAN Theme Culture Hotel, through a long-term customer survey, the customer perception value model was established and put to the test by means of analysis of the sottware SPSS, SEM and FUZZY-1PA. The construction strategy of the Theme culture hotel was discussed on the basis of analysis on the customer pereeption evaluation. Theoretically the study will enrich the tourism research and develop the related research field such as the theme hotel, customer perception and so on, which will be of a guiding significance to the construction of theme hotels.
