摘要
采用低温中和法制备负载型Ni2P/TiO2-Al2 O3催化剂和水热合成法制备Ni2P催化剂,采用XRD技术对两种催化剂进行表征.在小型连续固定床反应器上,以二苯并噻吩和正十二烷的混合液为模型化合物,考察Ni2 P/TiO2-Al2O3和Ni2P催化剂的加氢脱硫性能.实验结果表明,制备Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3催化剂的适宜条件为:合成次磷酸镍的反应温度50~55℃、n(P)∶n(Ni) =2.2、溶液pH=2.5、载体n(Ti)∶n(Al) =1∶4、Ni2P的负载量为25%(w),在此条件下制备的Ni2P/TiO2-A12O3催化剂的加氢脱硫活性可达97.1%;利用乙二醇-水混合溶液为溶剂,制备非负载型Ni2P催化剂,加氢脱硫活性较高,达到97.9%;综合对比两种催化剂,负载型Ni2P/TiO2-A12O3催化剂的性价比更高.
Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by low-temperature neutralization, and Ni2P catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with ethylene glycol or water-ethylene glycol as solvent. They were characterized by means of XRD. The performances of the Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 catalysts for the hydrodesulfurization(HDS) of the mixture of dibenzothiophene and n-dodecane were investigated in a small continuous fixed bed reactor. The experimental results showed that under the appropriate conditions for the preparation of the Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 catalysts: temperature for the synthesis of nickel hypophosphite 50 - 55 ℃, mole ratio of P to Ni 2. 2, solution pH 2. 5, mole ratio of titanium to aluminum in support 1 : 4 and Ni2P loading 25% (w), the activity of the Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst in HDS reached 97. 1%. The activity of the Ni2P catalyst prepared with water-ethylene glycol as solvent in HDS was 97.9%. But, the cost performance of the Ni2P/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst was higher than that of the Ni2P catalyst.
