摘要
目前在锅炉烟气脱除氮氧化物过程中,多用NH3作为还原剂,但由于受交通运输及储存等方面因素限制,需要寻找新的还原剂提高安全性能降低成本;因此利用尿素溶液热解制备SCR还原剂NH3技术研究日益成熟,使得越来越多的电厂倾向于采用尿素热解技术。
At present,in the removal of nitrogen oxide in the boiler flue gas,using NH3 as the reducing agent,but because of transportation and storage and other factors limit,we need to find new reducing agent to improve the safety performance and reduce cost;the technology of urea pyrolysis to produce ammonia become mature,which makes the tendency of more and more power plant using urea pyrolysis technology.
