摘要
目的:探讨以学生为主体的方法在神经系统体格检查教学中的应用效果。方法:188名神经病学实习生分为A、B两组,分别采用以教师为主体和以学生为主体的教学方法,对当堂教学和病房实习效果进行评价。结果:B组当堂教学成绩和病房实习成绩均优于A组;A组病房实习成绩低于当堂教学成绩,B组二者无差异。结论:以学生为主体的教学方法能够提高学生对教学内容的长时记忆,提高神经系统体格检查的教学质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of student-centered approach in physical examination of the nervous system. Methods: The 188 students were divided into group A and B. Teacher-centered and student-centered approaches were applied respectively. Students' performance in classroom and in wards was evaluated. Results : The scores of group B were higher both in classroom and in ward. In group A, the scores in ward were lower than in classroom, while there was no difference in group B. Conclusion: Studentcentered approach can enhance long-term retention of knowledge, and improve the teaching quality of physical examination of the nervous system.
