The Knowledge Management in the Implementation of Information System Project——Taking the Hedong Culture Database Construction for Example

将知识管理引入信息系统项目管理具有多重意义。结合河东文化专题数据库项目的建设,探讨了知识管理思想和方法在信息系统项目授权、需求分析、项目选型、项目计划与执行、项目评估与更新等流程阶段的运用,并提出以组织文化、管理协调机制和技术平台、知识库将知识管理串联于项目实施中。

Bringing the knowledge management into information system project management has multiple meanings.Base on the construction of Hedong Culture Database,this paper explores the application of knowledge management ideas and methods in the procedures of information system： the project authorization,demand analysis,the selection,planning and implementation of project,and also the evaluation and update of it. This paper puts forward the idea of embedding the knowledge management in the implementation of the project by organizational culture,management and coordination mechanism,technical platform and knowledge base.
