摘要
本文对信访医疗纠纷的成因进行分析,探讨快速、公正、低成本地解决信访医疗纠纷的综合性处置措施,并对"彻底止诉"的方法及其原理进行论述。
The article analyzed the causes of the petition letter medical disputes , and discussed the comprehensive disposal measures of these disputes with fast , fair, and low cost methods.The author also introduced the methods and principles of completed “only appeal”.
