我国转化医学研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Translational Research in China

目的通过调查我国学者在国内外的发表文章,了解我国转化医学的发展状况。方法统计我国科技人员2000年1月—2013年6月期间发表的"转化医学"相关的专业论文,外文数据库采用Pubmed医学文献检索服务系统,中文中国生物医学文献光盘数据库(CBM disc)数据库及中国知网(CNKI)数据库进行统计,利用信息可视化软件citespace对所采集的相关文献进行可视化分析。结果我国转化医学领域的研究明显落后于发达国家。近3年论文数量明显增加,涉及内容包括:转化医学概念、教育培训、平台建设、研究型医院等;研究性论文则以肿瘤、中医药、神经科学、心血管、组织工程、感染性疾病等为主要研究内容。结论我国转化医学已成为一个研究热点,但应该走出概念,解决临床突出问题,为广大患者服务。

Objective To investigate the published papers by Chinese scholars at home and abroad and understand the development of translational medicine in China .Methods The published “translational” related professional papers between Jan .1 2000 and Jun.31 were searched and analyzed , database using PubMed, Chinese biomedical literature database （CBM disc） and China Knowledge Network （CNKI） database for statistics and using the information visualization software Citespace to clearly display the hot research fields .Results In China, the translational research lags behind the developed countries .The main type of papers is review related to the translational medical concept, education and training, platform construction, and research -oriented hospital.The main research papers were involved to tumor , neuroscience, cardiovascular, tissue engineering, and infectious disease. Conclusion The translational medicine has become a research hot spot in our country , but should get out of the concept, and to solve clinical problems in major diseases for serving the majority .
