摘要
在新经济时代发展的大背景下,企业人力资源管理要不断实现创新,以此来满足社会发展的新要求。基于目前人力资源管理手段比较落后、执行力度不够、人力资本投入和人力资源分配不合理、人员流失现象严重的现状,人力资源管理必须采取有效的策略:坚持"以人为本",实现层次化管理,建立有效的激励机制,强化业绩管理,加强管理人员培训等。
Under the general background of the development of new economic era,enterprise human resources management should realize innovation constantly so as to meet the new requirements of social development.Based on the backward human resources management means insufficient enforcement,improper investment of human capital investment and the unreasonable human resource allocation as well as severe loss of human resources,the human resources management must take effective strategies:adhere to the " human-oriented" concept,realize hierarchical management,establish an effective incentive mechanism,strengthen the performance management,and strengthen the management personnel training,etc.
