摘要
企业要获得不断发展的能力,就必须拥有一支高素质、高水平的员工队伍。培训是不断提高员工素质的有效途径,而有效的培训离不开科学的培训需求分析。目前培训需求分析还存着着调研环节薄弱、重视不够、调查对象具有局限性等问题。要做好培训需求分析,就要深入企业,根据不同层次的人员,通过目标分析法、考核分析法、职责分析法、因素分析法、类别分析法等来实现,为企业人力资源综合素质的提高提供正确、合理、有效的培训。
In order to obtain the ability of continuous development,the enterprise must have a high-quality,high level staff.Training is the effective way to improve the quality of staff,and effective training cannot do without scientific training needs analysis.At present the training needs analysis also has such problems as weak investigation link,inadequate attention,limitation on respondents,etc.To do a good job of training needs analysis,we must visit the businesses and carry out training needs analysis according to the different levels of staff and through the target analysis,evaluation analysis,duty analysis method,factor analysis method and category analysis method,so as to provide the correct,reasonable and effective training for the enterprise to improve the comprehensive quality of human resources.
