Fire and Explosion Risk of Coal Dust in Coal Chemical Industry and Its Prevention

为降低煤化工项目煤粉尘火灾爆炸事故风险,研究了煤粉尘燃烧爆炸的影响因素,分析了煤化工项目煤的储存、输送、破碎、磨煤及粉煤储存等过程中相关场所、区域和设备设施煤粉尘火灾爆炸的风险,提出了煤化工项目可采取的煤粉尘火灾爆炸防治措施,以避免煤粉尘火灾爆炸事故发生。

In order to reduce its fire and explosion risk and harm,this paper systematically studies the combustion and explosion mechanism and conditions.The dust fire and explosion risk during the coal storage,delivery,crushing,grinding and pulverized coal storage process was also analyzed,and determines the risk level of each process. Considering the requirement of coal dust combustion and explosion,the prevention and control measures of coal dust explosion fire from the three elements of coal combustion and five elements of coal dust explosion were proposed for the coal chemical projects in order to avoid the coal dust explosion and ensure production safety.
