摘要
分析了硫黄回收装置反应炉在烧氨以后火焰检测方面存在的问题,分析了由于反应深度及反应条件的不同造成反应产物的不同。指出随着反应产物的变化和火焰检测位置的变化,火焰检测器接收到的光谱特性存在差异,提出采用双传感器火焰检测和双通道火检放大器,使火焰检测的准确性及安全性得到了保证。
This paper states problems of flame detection after ammonia is burned in the reactor of sulfur recovery unit and it analyzes that different reaction product is produced under different reaction depth and condition. It points out that as reaction product changes and flame detection position changes,the spectral characteristic received by flame detector will be different. It proposes to use dual sensor flame detector and dual channel flame amplifier to guarantee flame detection accurate and safe.
