基于学生视角的本科生导师制实施路径探析——以潍坊医学院为例

Students' perceptions of implementing tutorial system for undergraduates——A case study of Wei Fang Medical University

调查结果显示,目前我校学生对试运行的本科生导师制较为认可,但其运行效果需进一步提升。同时,导师制运行效果的影响因素是多方面的,需要教务主管部门、二级学院、教师和学生的共同努力和配合,并以调查结果为依据,进一步提出本科生导师制的实施路径探索。

The findings of the study indicate overall students have a favorable view of tutorial system, but they think there is room for improvement. There are multiple factors influencing the effectiveness of the system. Academic affairs office, schools, teachers and students should join forces to improve the system. The paper sheds light on how to implement the system.
