摘要
目的:探讨案例教学法结合PBL应用于肾内科临床见习教学中的效果。方法:研究对象为在我院肾内科见习的46名学生,随机分为实验组和对照组,分别采用案例教学法结合PBL和传统教学法,用问卷调查和见习报告分数进行评价。结果:案例教学法结合PBL在教学满意度及见习报告得分等方面显著高于传统教学法。结论:案例教学法结合PBL相较传统教学法,提高了学生的学习兴趣及综合能力,值得推广。
objective: To investigate the effectiveness of using case-based teaching together with PBL for clinical placement in the department of nephrology. Methods : 46 clinic medicine undergraduate students were divided into 2 groups. Questionnaires and scores of clinical placement were analyzed. Results: Students' satisfaction and the scores of the placement of the experimental group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion: the new method is superior to the conventional method.
