摘要 目的:通过口腔医学专业研究生参加公益实践情况,探索研究生实践教学的具体功效。方法:对中山大学参加公益实践活动口腔医学研究生进行问卷调查,分析现行社会公益实践模式特点与不足。结果:服务研习理念下的社会公益实践模式有效地促进研究生完善知识结构、锻炼实践能力,对提升自我认知、专业与工作技能,培养责任精神等方面起到重要作用,但在实践过程中存在学习目标不确定性、研习内容局限于专业、反思与分享较少等不足。结论:需要进一步完善实践模式,转变实践理念,加强督导教师培训,注重反思与交流。 Objective :To survey and explore the scientificalness of the model of social practices performed by postgraduates whose major is oral medicine. Methods : Questionnaire surveys were given to the postgraduates majoring oral medicine of Sun Yat-sun University who have taken part in the public service. Merits and drawbacks of the model of social practices were evaluated. Results : The structure and framework of knowledge and the ability of practice of the postgraduates have been improved by participating the public service activities based on the view of "learning by providing service". Moreover, it also plays an important role in constructing the self-consciousness and sense of social responsibility of the students. However, there are some shortcomings of the social practices, such as the unclear aim, limited service scope and lack of serf-examination and sharing among participants. Conclusions:The model of social practices should be improved and the outlook of practices ought to be transformed. In addition, we need to pay more attention to the training of the program supervisors and emphasize self-examination and experience sharing.
