趋化因子受体CCR7的免疫学功能研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 免疫系统的一个重要特点是能够对外来病原体产生保护性免疫应答,而对自身及环境中无害的抗原保持免疫耐受。近来研究表明,趋化因子受体CCR7(CC-chemokine receptor 7)通过参与胸腺结构和功能的构建,介导免疫细胞归巢至淋巴器官(如初始及调节性T细胞通过高内皮微静脉归巢至引流淋巴结、稳态及炎症状态下树突状细胞通过引流淋巴管进入淋巴结)及在淋巴器官内的准确定位,在免疫反应及免疫耐受中发挥重要作用。
