Logistic Talent Development and Regional Logistic Development in Pearl River Delta

应用灰色关联分析法,对珠三角地区物流发展状况进行定量分析,选用珠三角各城市货运量占珠三角的比重等相对指标因素进行分析,对比珠三角各市的物流发展,结合分析结果对珠三角地区的现代物流人才开发与培养提出建议。

By using the gray relational analysis method and adopting the factors, such as the proportion of the different cities freight in the Pearl River Delta Pearl and so on, this paper analyses the logistics development in the Pearl River Delta quantitatively.Then, by contrasting the development in different cities in the Pearl River Delta region, it gives some recommendations for the logistics personnel development and cultivation.
